Some Palmaris Capital shareholders have been approached by companies offering to buy their shares at well above market price. One shareholder was offered ‘third party warranties’ in the ‘acquiring’ company and unfortunately purchased some of these worthless warranties. Anybody offering to acquire Palmaris Capital shares at above market price is operating a SCAM and should be ignored. Please contact the Financial Services Authority if you receive such an approach.
